Abstract :

By enabling users to speak naturally to computers and other devices, chatbots are pieces of software that mimic human conversations. Chatbots reply to the client's requests and engage in conversation with them in a way that mimics what a person would say. The user gets the idea that they are speaking to a human, not a machine, when using this feature. The chat bot application enables the student to receive rapid replies while learning about the college admissions process from any location with an internet connection. This chatbot machine decreases the strain of the admission system branch and frees up branch workers to continue responding to all student enquiries by giving the desired data to students or parents.
