Community policing is a proactive approach to law enforcement that fosters collaboration between police and citizens to enhance public safety. In Addis Ababa, rapid urbanization has led to complex social and security challenges, making community policing a potentially transformative strategy. Despite its relevance, the implementation and effectiveness of community policing in Ethiopia remain underexplored.
Diffusion models – a class of generative deep learning models based on iterative denoising – have emerged as powerful tools in machine learning, especially in image and sequence generation. Concurrently, model-based reinforcement learning (MBRL) has shown promise in enabling robots to plan and adapt their behavior using internal models of the environment. This review provides a comprehensive theoretical overview of recent research that integrates diffusion models into MBRL for real-time robotic control.
Theyyam is an inevitable part of the cultural facets of Northern Kerala. The myths and legends of various Theyyams presented in the thottam songs reflect the social circumstances itself. What we see in Theyyam is a special bond between God and devotee, where the devotee could physically express his/her concerns to the God who patiently listens to these worries.
Gamification—applying game design thinking to non-game contexts—has been a rising phenomenon in library environments aiming to enhance user involvement and facilitate skill acquisition. This comprehensive review explores the theoretical foundations, implementation methods, and real-world applications of gamification across various library environments.
Like other emerging industries, the production of paint within emerging economies is plagued by unrelenting production, resource, and scheduling difficulties. Previous research has focused on undoing a small and medium-sized enterprise’s (SME’s) resource productivity waste through Lean Logistics; They, however, failed to demonstrate this empirically.
