Diabetes is a chronic disease and also poses risk for mental health other than physical health. This paper addresses the influence of diabetes in mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, diabetes distress and back. The purpose of this study was to search for the frequency and clinical implications (regarding the treatment of the diseases) of these enfermedades, in subjects with Diabetes Mellitus, and also regarding the relationships that exist between and among the disorders by using the literature already published.
