The purpose of this research is to delve into the landscape of Professional Development (PD) opportunities in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) among tertiary English as a Foreign Language (EFL) educators in Indonesia. This study posits that robust ESP PD initiatives are pivotal in enhancing the pedagogical competencies and instructional practices of educators, thereby enriching the quality of ESP education.
