Because widest educational network, Infrastructure and high number of well know ledged researchers and Academicians it is necessary to divide into regions. Even this award ceremony will held in 5 regions of India it will be awarded as a National Award only.

Individual Researchers, Faculties, Assistant professors, Associate Professor, Professors, Head of the Departments, Department Deans, Principals/Institutional Leads and post doctorate fellow researchers who were hailed from India and contributing their careers in Indian universities and colleges are eligible to apply ESP AIA – India Awards.

1. Minimum P.hd or Post doctoral degree(even pursuing) degree photo copy (Mandatory)

3. A cover letter describes your achievements (Mandatory)

4. Complete publication details (Mandatory)

5. Complete conference participation & presentation details (Mandatory)

6. Links of google scholar, orcid id, scopus I,d research scholar id & Vidhwan ID. (Mandatory)

7. Details of funded projects handled ( Non-Mandatory)

8. Details of books published (if any) ( Non-Mandatory)

9. Details of reviewing articles from various journals ( Non-Mandatory)

10. A referral letter from the institutional head you belong to (Mandatory)

11. Details patents you hold ( Non-Mandatory)

12. Previous awards received (Mandatory)
