Data protection and privacy declaration
The sole use of the personal data collected on ESP is to carry out the stated objectives of each individual journal, publishing platform, or research project. It won't be made available for any other reason or to any other party, in complete compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).
Broad access(Completely Open Access)
To hasten the free diffusion of scientific knowledge, ESP hosted publications completely adhere to gold open access. All articles are made readily available for reading, downloading, and sharing for free as long as the authors and original source are credited (Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)).
Publication and sharing of open data
In compliance with Panton's Principles and FAIR Data Principles, ESP promotes open data publication and sharing. ESP has created expanded Data Publishing Policies and Guidelines for Biodiversity Data specifically for the area of publications relating to biodiversity. The journal website provides detailed data publication criteria.
Data can be published in a variety of ways, such as supplemental files or packages to an article, preservation in data repositories connected to the relevant article, or publication as data files or packages. Datasets must be stored in a reliable, acceptable repository, and the accompanying identifier (URL or DOI) must be listed in the article's section on data resources.
EDITORIAL PROCESS, PEER REVIEW, AND SUBMISSION
An online editorial system and a set of email alerts help the peer review and editorial procedures. The ESP journals provide a step-by-step breakdown of the editorial process as well as the relevant instructions and connections.
