Abstract :

Organizational change is a pervasive phenomenon in today's dynamic business environment, with companies constantly adapting to internal and external pressures. This article examines the complex relationship between organizational change initiatives and business performance, drawing on insights from the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and empirical studies, we explore the psychological mechanisms underlying successful organizational change efforts and their subsequent effects on key performance indicators. By examining factors such as leadership style, employee attitudes, organizational culture and change management strategies, we aim to provide a nuanced understanding of how organizations can navigate change processes while optimizing performance results. Practical implications for managers and recommendations for future research are also discussed.
