Abstract :

This comparative study investigates the effectiveness of training programs in preparing workers for Industry 5.0 jobs, with a focus on emerging technologies, soft skills, and industry partnerships. A cross-cultural analysis of training programs in diverse regional contexts reveals that hands-on learning, project-based approaches, and industry partnerships are crucial for developing the skills and knowledge required for Industry 5.0 jobs. The findings indicate significant increases in job placement rates (25%), participant satisfaction (30%), and workforce competitiveness (40%) across different regions. This study optimistically explores the importance of financing in employee development programs and provides evidence-based suggestions for organizations, policymakers, and individuals to prepare workers for the changing job requirements of Industry 5.0. The research contributes to the theoretical understanding of career development and education in the digital age, highlighting the need for continuous learning and development in a rapidly evolving work environment.
