1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted
IJAIDS accepts:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Case Studies
- Short Communications
- Technical Notes
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
2. Manuscript Format
- Language: English (UK or US consistently)
- File Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX (with source files)
- Length: Typically 4,000–8,000 words for full papers
- Template: Use the official IJAIDS manuscript template available on the journal website
3. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized as follows:
- Title Page: Title, authors’ full names, affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author information
- Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the paper’s purpose, methods, and key findings
- Keywords: 3–6 relevant terms
- Main Body:
- Introduction
- Related Work (optional)
- Methodology/Approach
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Future Work
- Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- References: APA or IEEE citation style (consistency required)
4. Figures and Tables
- Include high-quality images and diagrams (300 DPI minimum)
- Numbered sequentially (e.g., Figure 1, Table 2)
- Include concise, descriptive captions
- All figures/tables must be cited in the text
5. Citations and References
- Use consistent citation style (APA or IEEE)
- Use reference management tools (e.g., EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley) to avoid errors
- Include all cited sources in the reference list and vice versa
6. Ethical Considerations
- Authors must ensure their work complies with ethical standards
- For research involving human or animal subjects, include ethical approval and consent statements
- All authors must disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources
7. Submission and Review Process

- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review
- Review duration: typically 4–6 Days
8. Authorship Criteria
- All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research
