The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (IJAIDS) invites high-quality, original research articles, review papers, and case studies that align with the journal’s scope. All submissions must present novel contributions, be written in clear academic English, and comply with ethical publishing standards.
1. Manuscript Preparation
Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word or LaTeX using the IJAIDS template.
Length: Articles should typically be between 4,000 and 8,000 words, including references and appendices.
Structure: Submissions must include the following sections:
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–6)
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA/IEEE style)
Figures and Tables: Must be clear, numbered, and accompanied by descriptive captions.
Authors are instructed to submit their articles via email to IJSEAS@espjournals.org only.
2. Originality and Plagiarism
Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. All papers will be screened for plagiarism using standard detection tools. Manuscripts with more than 15% similarity may be rejected without review.
3. Peer Review Process
IJAIDS follows a double-blind peer review process:
- Authors’ identities are concealed from reviewers, and vice versa.
- Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts.
- Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.

5. Publication Ethics

6. Article Processing Charges (APC)
There are no submission charges. Accepted papers may be subject to a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover open-access publication costs. Details will be provided upon acceptance.
7. Copyright and Licensing
All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing authors to retain copyright while enabling broad dissemination.
